You’ll have access to our simple dashboard once you’ve subscribed and you’ll see that our service is as easy as using your favorite messenger app and project management tool.

We offer a wide-range of design services, particularly social media, e-commerce, and print graphics. Our web and mobile designs are available for Advanced plans. We have a team of in-house professional designers that specialize in different disciplines, thereby assuring you that we always have the right person for the job and can consistently deliver on the quality your company expects.

Designers are hard at work behind the scenes, but they’re humans too! Even if you submit a dozen requests today, your designer can only finish what’s possible within a day’s timeframe. Just like Netflix, you can queue as much movies as you want to watch but you can only watch them one at a time. Unlimited means you may submit as many requests as you wish, but please be aware that your Designer will work on one request at a time in order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. If we don’t succeed the first time, don’t worry; we will fix it for free. You also get unlimited revisions. You can expect a one to two day turnaround time for simple projects. On the other hand, pitch deck presentations, apps, landing pages, and infographics require more time and creativity. Most simple revisions can be completed within one day.

Definitely! Once you subscribe, we will have a few days of “getting to know each other” phase. We do this by completing one task ASAP. This means we get to learn your brand guidelines and other unique aspects of your business. This also allows you to be familiar with Zipmade’s process. After completing that one task, if you feel we’re not a good fit – then we’ll part ways and refund your subscription. Fair? Then let’s go!

No, there are no hidden fees and you only pay a flat monthly fee. If you’re on the Supercharge plan and need scale, you can choose a minimum amount of design you need to get fulfilled per day then we can pro-rate your billing if there’s surge demand.
